After thoroughly reviewing numerous testimonials, it is evident that opinions regarding the effectiveness of brain retraining programs are divided. While some patients reported significant improvements, others claimed to have experienced no discernible changes. Nevertheless, we firmly believe that incorporating brain retraining into the recovery process is crucial, as the central nervous system is involved in perpetuating the intricate cycle of this condition

The scientific evidence and logical reasoning supporting this approach are undeniable, and it is important that we include addressing the brain’s response in our recovery process.
